Yes — every one of our nine ongoing projects is registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Each project page displays its specific MahaRERA number and a scannable QR code that links directly to the official portal, where you can independently verify approvals, sanctioned plans, completion timelines and quarterly construction progress.
From compact 1 RK studios (Manisha Park) to generous 3 BHK premium homes (Dashabhuja, Premanand, Vidurkrupa, Pushpalata, Laxmi Krupa). Carpet areas range from 349 sq.ft to 1,410 sq.ft. Visit each project page for the specific configurations, carpet areas and current pricing.
We apply the same documented green-building playbook as our internal standard across all nine projects — rainwater harvesting, sewage treatment, low-VOC paints, BEE-rated equipment, daylight-first design and vermi composting. The certification varies by project; the practice does not.
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Five of our ongoing projects sit within a 4 km radius in Kothrud, so you can comfortably visit three or four in a single Saturday afternoon. Call ahead and we'll coordinate a multi-site walk, including transport between locations if needed.
All major banks — including HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Bank of Maharashtra, Cosmos Co-Op and AU Small Finance Bank — have approved our ongoing projects for home-loan financing. Specific partners vary by project and are listed on each project page.
