Our Redevelopment Process


At Gangotree Homes, we follow a structured and transparent redevelopment process to ensure the smooth transformation of cherished homes into modern living spaces. Our approach is designed to prioritize the needs of residents and deliver quality outcomes.

1. Meetings & Presentations

Our journey begins with understanding the specific needs of the residents and conducting a detailed study of the plot. We then provide a comprehensive presentation that includes:

  • Layout and draft plans.
  • Commercial terms and timelines.
  • Specifications, shifting arrangements, and required documents.

2. Final Plan & Sanctions

The project plan is refined based on member feedback to meet their expectations. A final draft is prepared, which includes:

  • Techno-commercial plans.
  • Building sketches and legal agreements.

This draft is shared with the committee for approval, followed by obtaining necessary sanctions from municipal/local authorities.

3. Shifting of Residents & Demolition

Once the commercial terms are finalized, residents are relocated to rented apartments. The existing structure is prepared for redevelopment, and construction begins in line with the approved plan.

4. Project Completion & Handover

After redevelopment, the newly constructed building undergoes thorough inspections for quality, finishing, and installations. Upon receiving occupation and completion certificates, the building is handed over to the residents, ensuring a seamless transition into their upgraded homes.

Documents Required for Redevelopment

To ensure a smooth redevelopment process, the following standard documents are necessary:

  • Society Registration Certificate.
  • Approved Building Plan.
  • Conveyance Deed / Lease Deed / Sale Deed.
  • Copy of Resolution by society members for redevelopment.
  • Property Card and D.P. Remark.
  • List of members with their respective carpet areas.
  • Extract of 7/12.
  • Search Report and Title Certificate.
  • Index II and N.A. Order.
  • Commencement, Occupation, and Completion Certificates.
  • Demarcation (Old) and Share Certificates (if applicable).
